A non-invasive technology that uses monopolar radiofrequency to bring heat energy specifically into the deeper skin layers. Two complementary methods are used: the capacitive method (CET), which acts mainly in the subcutaneous fat tissue and heats the fat cells there, and the resistive method (RET), which addresses deeper connective tissue and fascia and stimulates the formation of new collagen.
The interplay of both methods creates a depth effect that combines surface skin tightening with the targeted reduction of smaller fat deposits: the controlled warming stimulates the body's own collagen and elastin production for visibly firmer skin – and at the same time acts on the fat cells in the treated areas.
The treatment takes place at my studio, Body Effizienz in Baar / Zug – for face and body, easily reached from Zug, Cham, Steinhausen and all of central Switzerland.

No, the treatment is painless. You feel a pleasant, deep warmth, similar to a warm massage. The temperature is monitored continuously and adjusted to your comfort. The skin may be slightly red for a short time afterwards, but you can return to your usual activities immediately.
You will often feel an initial tightening effect after the very first session. For lasting results, I recommend a course of six sessions. We can discuss the exact number you need during your initial consultation at my studio in Baar.

Yes, radiofrequency is suitable for both the face and the body. On the face, it is often used for skin rejuvenation and contour tightening; on the body, for skin tightening and reducing smaller fat deposits.
Treatment is not carried out if you have a pacemaker or other electronic implants, metal implants in the treatment area, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It is also excluded in cases of tumour conditions, fever, acute inflammation, open wounds or skin conditions in the treatment area, or impaired heat sensation. If you have any health concerns, please check with your doctor first whether the treatment is suitable for you. At Body Effizienz in Baar, a radiofrequency session costs CHF 130 and a package of six sessions CHF 760. Each session lasts 20 to 30 minutes. Radiofrequency is also part of the Sculpt & Freeze body-forming programme, where it is combined with cryolipolysis.
